Description

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure smooth guest and staff experiences, and maintain high brand standards. This role requires flexibility, leadership, and availability on weekends as part of the core schedule.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2–4 years of experience in hotel or hospitality operations
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with PMS systems (e.g., Opera, OnQ, ChoiceAdvantage)
  • Weekend availability is required (may include a rotating schedule or full weekend shifts)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments (Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Food & Beverage, etc.)
  • Ensure excellent guest service and resolve guest complaints promptly
  • Monitor property performance and support General Manager in achieving operational goals
  • Conduct daily team meetings and ensure team alignment with company standards
  • Review schedules, approve timecards, and support payroll processing
  • Conduct regular inspections for quality control and safety compliance
  • Train, coach, and support staff across departments
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor coordination
  • Assist in onboarding new hires and enforcing HR policies
  • Prepare and present operational reports to upper management
