Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Operations Manager/Branch Head to lead our branch operations, optimize processes, and drive business growth.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in operations or branch management, preferably within the iGaming or trading industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. (MBA is a plus)
- Languages: Fluency in Hindi and English (Additional languages are a plus)
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of iGaming or trading operations, products, and trends.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in operational tools and CRM platforms.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
