We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our gaming platform.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in operations management within the iGaming industry (mandatory).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. (MBA preferred)
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of iGaming operations, products, and market trends.
  • Leadership: Strong team management and leadership skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in operational tools and CRM platforms.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle complex operational challenges efficiently.
Responsibilities
