We’re growing fast at Immaculate Custom Cleaning Inc., and we need a hands-on Operations Manager to help lead our team. This role is all about people, processes, and performance. If you thrive on building people, streamlining processes, and making an impact—this is the opportunity for you!

What You’ll Do

  • Lead & Develop People: Recruit, hire, train, and mentor employees while fostering a supportive, professional, and growth-minded culture.
  • Customer Care: Communicate directly with clients, provide estimates, handle scheduling, and ensure every client receives the high level of service we’re known for.
  • Daily Operations: Manage schedules, oversee payroll and paperwork, track performance, and serve as the go-to link between employees, clients, and ownership.
  • Problem-Solve: Step in to support field staff, handle client concerns, and adapt quickly to changes with a steady, solution-focused mindset.
  • Community & Representation: Represent Immaculate Custom Cleaning with professionalism—whether attending networking events, building community relationships, or keeping operations running seamlessly.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of leadership or management experience (service industry preferred).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience handling employee relations, scheduling, and client communication.
  • Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and basic business software (CRM/scheduling software a plus).
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Must have a clean record with no crimes of dishonesty.
  • Willingness to work a 45–55 hour work week.
