REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate should possess at least a Degree in any discipline or relevant experience
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Meticulous and with good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent in Microsoft Excel is a MUST (eg. vlookup)
  • Able to perform well under pressure and tight deadlines with minimum supervision
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities
  • Operational & Performance Monitoring:
    Supervise daily credit and collections activities, including account review, payment processing, and dispute resolution.

Track and analyze key metrics such as accounts receivable aging and collections success rates, taking corrective actions when needed.

  • Customer Interaction:

Handle escalated customer issues, negotiate payment arrangements, and maintain positive customer relationships.

  • Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare and present regular reports on credit performance for client and management and provide insights for process improvement.

  • Process Improvement:

Implement solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Compliance:

Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulatory requirements, and internal company policies.
