QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in operations management, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and drive growth in the FMCG sector.
• Supply Chain Management: Oversee the entire supply chain process, including procurement, production, inventory, and distribution, ensuring timely delivery and optimal stock levels.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of operations staff, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) and implement solutions to achieve targets across production, logistics, and customer service.
• Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control protocols.
• Budget Management: Prepare and manage operational budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control.
• Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in operations and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and profitability.
• Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth operations and competitive pricing.
