This person must have experience with operations, management, extensive experience with Excel, be organized, and be able to operate independently in high pressure environments. Responsibilities include: * Adhering to the operating budget, financial goals, and objectives * Execute projects efficiently and in an organized manner resulting in accountability * Influencing strategic decisions related to the business decisions * Resolving operational issues and analyzes workflow You will essentially be involved in all activities with the CEO ranging from the most basic responsibilities to the most complex. This is a remote position and the individual will be required to work US EST (New York). * Must be able to use Excel, Powerpoint, and Word * Must be able to speak, write, and read English with a near fluent level * Must be hard working and willing to go above and beyond * Must be able to manage multiple responsibilities * Is able to handle high pressure environment * Has attention to detail
