    Procare’s Investigations Division are actively seeking an Operations Manager to join our growing Victorian Investigations team, located at our Burnley office. This position presents an excellent opportunity for a high calibre individual with demonstrated experience, tenacity and a commitment to a demanding & busy role.

The role includes tasks such as:

  • Liaison with the VIC State Manager and wider team including National Portfolio Managers while assuming full responsibility for Victoria’s operational requirements;
  • Overseeing the team’s day to day Investigation performance deliverables, ensuring consistent timely and customer focused service delivery;
  • Driving initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity and client satisfaction, particularly for our large government and insurance Scheme contracts; and
  • Ensuring operations comply with relevant regulations and standards to ensure quality work is delivered & compliance standards are maintained across all Schemes.

This is a full-time role at our Melbourne office, located in Burnley. Each candidate is welcome to discuss their desired requirements for flexibility of location and work arrangement.
