Procare’s Investigations practice is currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our growing South Australian team, based in KWS, Adelaide. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to lead a growing team of investigators, analysts & administrators and take full responsibility for the operational requirements of our South Australian Insurance Investigations practice.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Executive Directors and wider management team to establish and execute an ambitious strategic growth plan for South Australia’s Investigations portfolio;
- Oversee the team’s day to day Investigation & Intelligence performance deliverables, ensuring consistent timely, value-laden and customer focused service delivery;
- Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity and client satisfaction, particularly for our large government and insurance Scheme contracts;
- Manage our People – as an operational leader, you will support the career growth, education and development of our diverse team of investigators & analysts; and
- Ensure we operate to best practice with regards to regulations, codes, fraud identification & industry expectations.
This is a full-time role at our South Australian office in Adelaide. Each candidate is welcome to discuss their requirements for flexibility of location and work arrangement.
