We’re looking for an experienced and goal-oriented Operations Manager to establish and oversee our group’s business operations in Ireland. You will report directly to the Head of Country Operations and play a key role in launching and scaling the Irish market. Role Description As Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing, launching, and growing our business in Ireland. Because Ireland is a brand-new market for us, the role includes hands-on work in launching operations: supporting early-stage setup, communicating with authorities, and helping move permit and regulatory processes forward. We will provide all core documentation and content for these discussions - but we rely on your understanding of the Irish market and local networks to get things off the ground. You’ll act as the link between group leadership and the local Irish market, ensuring that operations become profitable, efficient, and compliant.
