QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role within the industry.

• Proficient in using data analysis tools and software for operational reporting.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
• Replenish inventory in all of the iStore electronics vending machines
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring that all processes align with company goals and standards.
• Manage inventory, forecasts, and resource allocation to optimize operational performance.
• Lead and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational success and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of efforts.
• Implement best practices in safety, quality control, and compliance with industry regulations.
• Prepare reports for senior management on operational performance and strategic initiatives.
