• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in operations or facilities management within the UAE.
• Strong technical knowledge of civil works and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
• In-depth knowledge of UAE government regulations, free zone, and mainland company setup requirements.
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and vendor management skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Valid UAE driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
