Your Opportunity This is a Talent Pooling role across different contracts in Dubai. Key Accountabilities Lead the overall delivery and performance of complex projects and operations management Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure mutual success and contract longevity Oversee multi-disciplined teams, including People Managers and support functions such as finance and procurement Drive operational excellence through effective leadership and strategy implementation Ensure compliance with international and local statutory requirements, as well as industry best practices in facilities management Specific Requirements Over 10 years of experience in complex project and operations management. At least 8 years of experience managing multi-disciplined teams, including support functions. A Bachelor’s degree in a engineering/facility management (industry accreditations are preferred) Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels Knowledge of international and local statutory requirements, along with industry best practices in facilities management Join Us At Serco, we believe there is a place here for everyone.
