REQUIREMENTS

• Min 5 years of relevant Project Engineer experience for the Construction industry
• Prior experience for M&E projects will be an advantage
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and also in a team

• To lead a team of supervisors to ensure full time supervision of works on all sites
• Implement and enforce safety, health and environmental rules and regulations and practices among workers
• Coordinate with main-contractors, sub-contractors and consultants
• Supervision of construction works to ensure that they are carried out in accordance with the schedule
• Attending all site meetings
• To ensure that works are carried out according to specifications drawings and programme without compromising on quality and safety
• To liaise with the Contractor to rectify any non-conformances and document them properly
• To ensure that decisios on site issues are conveyed to the contractor within a reasonable timeframe
• Formulating and suggesting of work safety standards such as safety procedures/check lists, safety records and documentation and enforcing such procedures
• Project planning and scheduling
• Any other assigned duties.
