JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the fit-out contracting and/or interior design industry in Dubai, with a proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion, with a strong emphasis on timeline adherence and quality control.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in the fit-out contracting or interior design industry in Dubai.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and materials used in fit-out projects.

Proven ability to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

• Excellent knowledge of quality control and safety standards.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Project Planning and Scheduling:
• Develop detailed project schedules, including timelines and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress closely, identifying potential delays or bottlenecks proactively.
• Implement effective project management techniques to ensure timely completion of all phases.
• Be flexible with changes caused by issues raised on sites.
