• Relevant operations experience preferably from F&B industry
• Experience liaising with CK, Central Kitchen and preparing and presenting sales reports will be great advantages

• Understand and apply company business models, operational policies, and standard procedures.
• Develop and roll out operational strategies and action plans to support the company’s overall goals and growth targets.
• Lead the planning and execution of initiatives to drive profitability and business success.
• Streamline and improve efficiency in current business operations while providing hands-on support to daily activities.
• Coordinate closely with the production facility/central kitchen to ensure smooth supply chain and product consistency.
• Work closely with colleagues to evaluate operational outcomes and propose process enhancements.
• Analyse sales trends and data to identify challenges and recommend solutions to enhance outlet results.
• Oversee the performance and skill development of team members.
• Achieve key metrics and objectives agreed upon during the role commencement.
• Compile and review weekly departmental sales performance reports.
• Prepare necessary reports, presentations, and supporting documents.
• Carry out on-site visits to outlets when required.
• Perform all other ad hoc duties as assigned.
