ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead their Production, Projects, Service, and Warehouse teams. This role will oversee daily operations, drive efficiency, and ensure high-quality delivery of products and services. The Operations Manager will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to align execution with company goals and deliver excellent customer experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including production, purchasing, project execution, service delivery, and inventory control.
  • Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements to boost productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and resource forecasting.
