QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in operations, manufacturing, or project delivery.
• Strong skills in team leadership, project management, and operational workflows.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, project management tools, and MS Office applications.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead their Production, Projects, Service, and Warehouse teams. This role will oversee daily operations, drive efficiency, and ensure high-quality delivery of products and services. The Operations Manager will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to align execution with company goals and deliver excellent customer experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and mentor team leads across Production, Projects, Service, and Warehouse.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including production, purchasing, project execution, service delivery, and inventory control.
• Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and resource forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders, resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction.
