Description

We are seeking an Operations Manager who thrives in dynamic environments and loves working with people. This is not a single location role, our Operations Manager will travel between Legendary Spa sites, supporting corporate team members, training and developing staff, and helping implement new company initiatives.
The right candidate is a skilled people manager with strong technical abilities, high EQ, and an unwavering commitment to customer service. This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to inspire and uphold Legendary’s culture and brand standards across all sites. This is not a desk job, this role is hands on, with the expectation to move between locations, solve problems on the fly, and set the tone for Legendary standards.
Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members at all levels, fostering a positive, high performance culture.
  • Support corporate team with onboarding, training, and ongoing staff development.
  • Model Legendary service standards and ensure consistent execution across alllocations.
  • Provide real time coaching during site visits to improve performance and guest experience.

Brand Standards & Initiative Execution

  • Partner with corporate leadership to roll out new programs, services, and operational initiatives.
  • Ensure Legendary brand standards are maintained in service, presentation, cleanliness, and client care.
  • Conduct regular site walkthroughs to evaluate service execution, team engagement, and client experience.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining corporate and community partnerships that support business growth.
  • While this role follows an established weekly schedule, occasional evening and weekends may be required to support large events, activations and special projects.

Client Experience Oversight:

  • Support teams in delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.
  • Address escalated guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and quick resolution.
  • Monitor client feedback and partner with teams to implement improvements.

Operational Support

  • Assist with general scheduling, time off coverage, and special event coordination across locations.
  • Provide leadership presence during high-volume periods or when additional management coverage is needed.
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and HR teams to ensure seamless execution of company goals.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in a management role in a luxury salon, spa, hospitality, hotel, restaurant or retail environment.
  • Proven leadership skills with a focus on people development and accountability.
  • Strong work ethic, curiosity, and a hands on mindset.
  • Prior Expereience establishing corporate and community partnerships to drive business growth is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, manage competing priorities, and work in a fast paced environment.
  • Tech savvy and experience with salon/spa management systems is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between sites is a plus.
