We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Operations Manager to join our team to take the responsibility for food and beverage and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for culinary excellence. As the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining high standards.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Excellent knowledge of Food & Beverage operations.
  • Excellent knowledge of reception operations.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of kitchen management.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff and guests.
  • A passion for hospitality and commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences.

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the property

  • Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
