Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure consistent and reliable execution of all operational processes.
- Tackle and manage ongoing issues, including:
- Starlink and minor IT-related tasks
- Return logistics and vendor coordination
- Long-term robotics solutions for operational efficiency
- Ability to handle personnel issues that may arise
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies.
- Proactively identify problems and create sustainable solutions.
- Travel domestically up to 8 weeks per year to support company initiatives.
What Will Make You a Great Fit:
- Strategic, with a sharp eye for detail
- Ability to execute dependably under minimal supervision.
- Strong Emotional Intelligence (EI), able to anticipate needs and respond to unspoken cues.
- Knowledge or familiarity with AI tools and minor IT systems.
- Comfortable with ambiguity; focused on finding practical, long-term solutions.
- Experience in operations or logistics (4+ years preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience strongly preferred.
- This role requires flexibility and a willingness to collaborate and evolve, rather than a set-in-stone approach.
