Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure consistent and reliable execution of all operational processes.
  • Tackle and manage ongoing issues, including:
  • Starlink and minor IT-related tasks
  • Return logistics and vendor coordination
  • Long-term robotics solutions for operational efficiency
  • Ability to handle personnel issues that may arise
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies.
  • Proactively identify problems and create sustainable solutions.
  • Travel domestically up to 8 weeks per year to support company initiatives.

What Will Make You a Great Fit:

  • Strategic, with a sharp eye for detail
  • Ability to execute dependably under minimal supervision.
  • Strong Emotional Intelligence (EI), able to anticipate needs and respond to unspoken cues.
  • Knowledge or familiarity with AI tools and minor IT systems.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; focused on finding practical, long-term solutions.
  • Experience in operations or logistics (4+ years preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience strongly preferred.
  • This role requires flexibility and a willingness to collaborate and evolve, rather than a set-in-stone approach.
