Port of Catoosa needs Operations Manager THIS IS A WORKING MANAGER Requirements: Oversee warehouse operations/day to day operations Hiring of Leads, Supervisors Handle annual reviews of employees Implement all safety regulations Quality Control, compliance and reporting of results 5+ years of experience working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment Excellent math skills Willing to learn how to blend fertilizer Detailed oriented Writing down formulas Welding skills and torch experience Must be mechanically inclined CDL a plus but not required. Sometimes you will drive the trucks to be repaired Bilingual would be a plus but not required Can't be afraid of heights Agricultural background would be helpful 7am-5pm. MUST BE FLEXIBLE to work a lot of overtime and Saturdays SALARY DEPENDS on EXPERIENCE
