We are seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to lead our processing plant operations in Dingwall. This is a hands-on leadership role with full responsibility for production, engineering, compliance, and people management.
As Operations Manager, you will ensure our plant runs safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You’ll lead a passionate team, drive continuous improvement, and help shape the future of our growing business.
Salary - negotiable based on experience
Shift - backshift 2pm - 10.30pm

• Lead day-to-day operations across the processing plant
• Ensure production targets, yields, and quality KPIs are consistently met
• Plan resources and schedules to meet manufacturing demands
• Manage and develop department managers, supervisors, and frontline teams
• Foster a high-performance culture through clear KPIs, coaching, and regular appraisals
• Oversee recruitment, training, and staff development
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, BRCGS, customer requirements)
• Support capital investment and upgrade projects
• Drive process improvement, cost control, and efficiency across all departments
