WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE

• You will be responsible for managing and controlling our external logistics service providers and the logistics processes for the online shop, and you will be the central interface to all relevant departments.
• You coordinate the flow of goods, take over peak and risk management, and ensure quick solutions in day-to-day business.
• You are responsible for logistics and transport KPIs including reporting, root cause analyses, improvement tracking, and customer experience and delivery performance.
• You will build governance and performance review structures with our 3PL partners and manage contracts and SLAs.
• You plan inventory levels and key logistics metrics for optimal management of external partners.
• Together with the team, you will work on future-oriented projects related to logistics, eCommerce fulfillment, sustainability, internationalization and customer experience, and drive the optimization of interfaces and processes.
• You will actively contribute to the further development of our logistics strategy within the context of MARC O'POLO's growth story.

WHO YOU ARE

• You have a completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification and at least three years of professional experience in logistics 3PL management, supply chain management and/or eCommerce.
• You have experience in managing service providers and implement projects independently.
• You are proficient in using Excel and MS Office; prior experience with SAP is an advantage.
• You are an organizational talent, you work analytically, proactively and independently.
• You impress with strong communication skills, a high level of logistics understanding, and an affinity for process management.
• You communicate confidently in German and can also easily exchange ideas with colleagues and service providers in English.
• You live in the vicinity of our headquarters and like to come to our office regularly.
