Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, including sorting, routing, and delivery across multiple locations.
• Implement and monitor KPIs to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective service.
• Lead operational planning, workforce management, and resource allocation.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local laws.
• Liaise with sales, customer service, and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance reviews.

Requirements:

1. 4+ years of operational management experience in courier, logistics, or freight industries.
2. Strong knowledge of KSA logistics regulations, routing, and infrastructure.
3. Proven leadership skills with experience managing large, distributed teams.
4. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
6. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
