POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to join our team in a hybrid capacity (in-store and office-based). This role is central to ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient store operations. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage day-to-day workflows, and partner with regional and corporate leadership to elevate our performance and customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Retail Management, or related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years in operations or leadership roles within retail, grocery, or supply chain environments
Demonstrated success in team leadership, performance management, and process improvement
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in operational systems, analytics, and workflow tools
Must be a current U.S. resident and legally authorized to work in the United States
Must be available to work on-site and in-office as part of a hybrid schedule (not remote)

Responsibilities

Oversee store operations and team performance to ensure productivity, compliance, and high standards
