We partner with a variety of clients across industries to help streamline their logistics operations, ensuring timely deliveries and optimal distribution.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Lead and motivate a team of warehouse and transport staff to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations in a busy 3PL logistics environment.
• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of transport and delivery schedules to meet client requirements.
• Monitor and optimize transport routes, ensuring cost-effective and timely deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards in day-to-day operations.
• Provide ongoing training and development for team members to improve skills and operational efficiency.
• Resolve operational challenges quickly, such as delays, equipment issues, or customer complaints.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, drivers, and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvements to meet or exceed targets.
• Work closely with management to implement process improvements and support business growth.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in team leadership within logistics, transport, or 3PL operations.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of transport management systems and logistics software is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet operational demands.
