Operations Manager (m/f/d)

Work at family-friendly times! Start date: November 2nd, 2026, full-time position - 40 hours/week | Monday to Friday, between 6:00 am and 4:00 pm.

These are your tasks

• As a flexible operations manager, you will lead your crew and kitchen team at various decentralized locations, take on budget responsibility, and regularly exchange information with the customer on all topics and requests relating to the catering facility.
• They ensure that everything runs smoothly internally and do everything they can to attract and hire the right employees for your facility when needed.
• In addition, you will take over the administration of the business premises – whether it concerns merchandise management or operating accounting – and ensure that internal quality standards are met.

This is what we want:

• Completed training as a chef or other gastronomic training; further training (master chef, business administrator) would be a plus, but not a requirement.
• At least initial practical experience in community catering and corresponding expertise in merchandise and business management.
• Proficient use of common application programs (MS Office)
• A communicative, friendly and open-minded host personality with a strong service orientation, who cultivates a cooperative leadership style.
