With her 75 rooms she’s channeling some serious old-world charm and to capture that fleeting moment of excitement and excess, we’ve sprinkled a little carnival magic throughout our design. A short walk from the river and five minutes from Waterloo station, Ruby Lucy’s a great base for exploring London.
