Skills & Knowledge Requirements:
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
You’ll report directly to the Head of Operations; the Operations Manager with their team ensure the timeous delivery, quality, HSE and ensuring compliance with Scottish Water’s established specifications and procedures.
You’ll lead the integrated project teams to safely deliver the portfolio of projects in line with Scottish Water and CWA expectations.
You’ll monitor, review and deliver commercial expectations and quality standards along with being the health and Safety champion for the programme of works.
We’ll need you to be responsible for sustainable reduction in delivery costs to bring the required efficiencies on the programme and ensuring alignment with Scottish Water vision through delivery of the contract whilst building and developing relationships with the team.
You’ll be a key contributor to the delivery vehicle strategy to ensure sustainable performance and secure contract extension
