EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS / KNOWLEDGE

• Degree in engineering, machinery and/or Business Economics with good technical experience in the Industry
• Excellent interpersonal, cooperative communication and presentation skills
• Excellent business analysis, planning and organization skills
• Good financial understanding
• Fluent English and German language skills
• Computer literate: Microsoft Office 365
• Living close to Essen as a plus
• Driving license & willingness to travel

• Technical skills and experience
• Experience in Data science and AI
• Strong leadership skills: expertise in both professional and disciplinary leadership, with

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in services
