Your tasks

• You are the central interface between the franchise partners in your region and the headquarters, ensuring effective communication.
• You will advise our partners on operational issues, processes and the implementation of our system standards in the stores.
• You train the store teams before the opening of new stores and support the franchise partners throughout the entire opening phase.
• You will conduct regular quality checks and training sessions in the stores to ensure compliance with our standards, health and safety guidelines.
• You will be responsible for performance management in your region: This includes analyzing key performance indicators, deriving measures, and jointly developing strategies with partners to achieve the company's goals.
• You recognize potential for process optimization and actively work on the further development of processes and structures.

Your profile

• Completed studies in the field of gastronomy, hotel management, business administration or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
• Several years of experience in the (system) catering industry, ideally in the franchise sector.
• Experience in performance management, particularly in the area of ​​key performance indicator analysis and action development.
• Strong willingness to travel and flexibility.
