    SCAYLE Payments is the fintech behind the ABOUT YOU marketplace and ensures smooth payment processes for our customers.
    As an Operations Manager (m/f/d) , you will manage the operational handling of B2B customer inquiries as part of the second line of contact, working closely with the Key Account Managers, Product, and Accounting Teams. Your role will involve researching, assigning, and coordinating tasks through our ticketing system, while also developing a deep understanding of underlying issues to propose and implement effective solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Embrace learning and exploration of new technologies and tools.
  • Ideally, have experience in customer support or similar service roles, with a strong passion for problem-solving
  • Familiarity with JIRA or similar ticketing systems is a big plus
  • Experience in fintech and/or financial operations is a plus
  • Keen interest in learning how to solve Data Integration issues and an ability to learn independently.
  • Be a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented team player, with strong communication and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English, being able to confidently explain complex topics and expressing ideas, even without being a native speaker

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate as a second line of contact for B2B inquiries, working closely with our Key Account Managers as well as Product and Accounting Teams on SCAYLE Payments related topics
  • Investigate technical issues, resolving them directly or escalating them to the appropriate expert teams
  • Monitor the ticket progress and support teams throughout the problem resolution process.
  • Provide feedback to the Product and Finance Team, identifying areas for improvements and optimization
  • Oversee tool-assisted monitoring and maintenance of B2B customer integration processes, proactively aligning with the Key Account Manager Team
