  • We are in search of an Operations Manager - Maintenance to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you’ll play a crucial role in bridging our central operations team with our local Germany team. The ideal candidate is an operational expert with experience in service-oriented industries (e.g., delivery, shared mobility, or similar) who excels at managing processes and reporting. This is a field-oriented role requiring someone adaptable and ready to roll up their sleeves to ensure smooth operations.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO JOIN US IN THIS POSITION



    • -
    • 2-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within service-focused industries like delivery, mobility, or logistics;
    • Strong understanding of post-sales service operations and workflow optimization;
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to report clearly and liaise effectively between local and global teams;
    • Proficiency in German and knowledge of English;
    • Proven ability to manage teams and processes, with hands-on involvement when needed;
    • Adaptable and proactive, willing to engage in fieldwork as required;
    • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and improving operational KPIs.

      Responsibilities


        • Manage the operational teams and processes, to ensure smooth day-to-day operations;

        • Provide detailed reporting and act as the liaison between the local and central teams;
        • Handle operational tasks that require hands-on involvement and attention to detail;
        • Be willing to go to the field regularly to report and solve on-the-ground challenges;
        • Coordinate and support local teams to ensure consistent service delivery;
        • Identify and implement improvements to operational processes in the field;
        • Ensure that all operational metrics and goals are met, reporting progress regularly.
