POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our HVAC company with approximately 40 plus employees. The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading field and office teams, ensuring projects and service work are delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably, while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and compliance .
