SKILLS

  • 10-15 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior management role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices
  • Proven success in leading high-performing, cross-functional teams in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, capital planning, and cost control.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and act on operational KPIs.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and strategic direction to direct reports, ensuring operational goals are met or exceeded.
  • Promote and implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
  • Foster a continuous improvement culture by identifying, developing, and executing process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership in the creation and adherence to annual budgets, including capital expenditure planning.
  • Develop, monitor, and report on key operational KPIs, using data to inform decisions and performance improvements.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment and strong communication among departments to support seamless operations.
  • Oversee compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all operational areas.
  • Support strategic planning and resource allocation in coordination with the Director of Operations.
  • Foster employee engagement, talent development, and succession planning within the operations team.
