We are a well-established transport and warehousing company based in Brisbane, operating since 2016. With a strong reputation for reliability and customer service, we provide freight solutions across Australia, including local deliveries and interstate linehaul.
We are now seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations, manage both linehaul and local transport, and build strong relationships with our customers and drivers.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily transport operations (linehaul & local).
• Manage driver scheduling, compliance, and performance.
• Liaise directly with customers to ensure service excellence.
• Monitor fleet performance, safety, and efficiency.
• Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
• Work closely with warehouse and admin teams to streamline processes.
• Drive continuous improvement across operations.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in transport/logistics operations management.
• Strong understanding of NHVR regulations and compliance.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer and driver relationships.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in transport management systems and MS Office.

Pay: $77,893.23 – $110,000.00 per year
