Cecure is the specialist remediation arm of Mazzei Group, delivering complex cladding rectification, façade upgrades, fire compliance and structural remediation projects across Victoria. Our work is delivered in live, occupied buildings - where stakeholder management, structured delivery and disciplined commercial control are critical. As our portfolio continues to scale, we’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager to strengthen our business. The Opportunity Reporting to the COO, the Operations Manager will take ownership of how Cecure delivers projects at scale. With 60+ live remediation projects operating in occupied environments, this role is about creating clarity, control and confidence across the portfolio. You’ll bring structure to program management, commercial oversight and risk visibility - ensuring projects move predictably from planning through to closeout. This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll work closely with Project Managers and Site teams to lift standards, tighten forecasting, strengthen accountability and embed consistent delivery frameworks across the business. What You’ll Be Responsible For Leading operational governance across all live projects (program, cost, risk and reporting) Implementing structured stage-gate controls from pre-construction through to closeout Strengthening forecasting, WIP visibility and margin protection Partnering with Project Managers to uplift delivery standards and accountability Building clear reporting dashboards for the GM and executive team Improving workflow systems, processes and cross-project consistency Supporting resource planning and pipeline readiness What We’re Looking For Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline (essential) Postgraduate qualification (MBA or Masters in Construction/Project Management) highly regarded 5+ years in project or operational leadership within construction Strong commercial acumen (variations, EOTs, forecasting, head contracts) Experience overseeing multiple concurrent projects Remediation, façade, live environment or complex construction experience (highly regarded) Proven ability to introduce disciplined systems without over-engineering Confident communicator who can influence senior stakeholders and site teams Why Cecure?
