About the Role: Our Medicine Operational Team is looking for an Operations Manager to join their Team on a temporary basis. On a day-to-day basis your tasks will include leading administration staff, Human resource support, oversight of administrative functions, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures. The role will also assist with project management of new models of care, organisational change, and the future development of services. A strong focus will be placed on the delivery of streamlined, efficient services benchmarked against national standards. If you have high-level communication and negotiation skills, strong leadership and management skills, experience in service redesign, project management, and leading organisational change, and an understanding of, and commitment to, patient safety, quality improvement, and Work Health and Safety principles, then please apply for this role.
