Now, we’re looking for a passionate and driven Operations Manager to ensure the smooth and successful running of both of these amazing attractions!

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• A natural leader with a background in operations or attraction management.
• A guest-first mindset, ensuring every visit is as magical as the last.
• Problem-solving pro, thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• A keen eye for business growth, from cost control to revenue maximization.
• Experience in health & safety compliance, ensuring a safe and seamless experience for all.

• Take the lead as the key Duty Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations across both attractions.
• Ensure an outstanding guest experience, meeting KPIs and delivering magical moments.
• Maintain top-tier presentation standards, keeping everything looking as vibrant as Peter’s blue jacket!
• Manage financial controls, including audits and cash handling.
• Inspire and develop a team of Supervisors and Duty Managers, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Collaborate with the General Manager on business strategy and local partnerships to elevate both attractions.
