Your role:

As Operations Manager, you are the face of Mirantus to our partners. Together with our onboarding trainers, you orchestrate the entire implementation process of our solution.

  • Project coordination & rollout (DACH): You plan and structure the rollouts at our optics partners throughout the DACH region and ensure a smooth project flow.
  • Technical support: You are the competent contact person for our partners for clinical or technical questions – both remotely and physically on site.
  • Feedback interface: You will gather valuable practical experience from our users and work closely with our product team to continuously optimize the software.
  • Sales support: You represent Mirantus to potential partners and convince them of our supply model through your professional expertise.

Your profile

  • Qualifications: You have a completed degree (e.g., business administration, health management) or vocational training with a strong focus on operations, project management, or training. Bonus: You have a background as an optician, optometrist, or orthoptist – this is a big plus, but not a requirement.
  • Organization: You act as a highly organized central point of contact between our internal teams (Product & Tech, our onboarding trainers) and our customers. You maintain an overview of complex processes at all times and provide professional on-site support to our partners in the DACH region, including occasional travel.
  • Communication talent: You enjoy training specialists, presenting to groups, and inspiring partners in a lasting way.
  • Digital affinity: You are confident in using modern software solutions and are passionate about digital innovations in healthcare.
  • Demeanor: You act confidently, likeably, and in a solution-oriented manner.
