Team Collaboration: Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to implement best practices and innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities Supervise support staff, ensuring adherence to department policies and managing schedules, including PTO and leave. Provide direct coverage and ongoing training for support staff, becoming an EPIC and EHRS super-user. Foster a culture of feedback and collaboration to enhance service delivery. Participate in interviewing, hiring, and evaluating prospective staff members. Conduct performance reviews and manage coaching/disciplinary actions for direct reports. Track key performance indicators and collaborate with Business Intelligence to develop service line reports. Coordinate management of waitlists and provider schedules to optimize patient access. Monitor operational metrics across care locations and participate in monthly leadership meetings. Maintain relationships with community partners and oversee departmental orders and equipment. Engage in the Performance Improvement Program to drive continuous service enhancement. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; Certifications/licenses as applicable to their area of responsibility. At least 3 years experience in a healthcare setting, or service industry. A master’s degree in business or healthcare operations (or equivalent) may substitute for 2 years of experience. At least 2 years experience in administration and supervision of staff preferred. Must be able to manage multiple deadlines and decision making responsibilities. Experience in Microsoft Office Suite and EHRS preferred.
