Operations Manager | Food Manufacturing

$180,000 - $200,000 + Super | Erskine Park

Lead the operations of a growing food manufacturing site and have a genuine impact across production, people, safety and performance. This is a senior leadership opportunity offering strong remuneration, autonomy and long-term stability for an experienced Operations Manager.

• DutiesLead end-to-end operations across production, distribution, maintenance and site operations
• Drive key operational KPIs including DIFOT, OEE, yield, labour efficiency, safety and cost performance
• Lead and develop Site, DC and Maintenance Managers to build a high-performing operational team
• Own production planning, scheduling, labour requirements, equipment reliability and operational capacity
• Drive Lean / Continuous Improvement initiatives, waste reduction and manufacturing efficiency
• Oversee operational compliance including OH&S, GMP, HACCP, food safety, traceability and training
• Skills & ExperienceProven Operations Management experience within food or beverage manufacturing
• Strong leadership experience across production, maintenance and distribution
• Demonstrated success improving manufacturing efficiency, productivity and operational performance
• Strong understanding of MRP, production planning, finite scheduling and ERP systems
• Experience with Lean / CI methodologies, including OEE, 5S and waste reduction
• Strong commercial, safety and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting operational performance to senior leadership
