Motivate is looking for an Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee a large team of regular and seasonal employees for bike fleet operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in bike sharing operations and expansion throughout Washington DC.

• Supervise daily operations to optimize inspection and repairs; ensure all operations are carried out per Motivate standards
• Lead a supervisory team who oversees union bike mechanics, full cycle employee oversight and engagement
• Manage an inventory system for bicycle parts; work directly with supply chain managers to ensure parts are ordered in a timely manner
• Assist in creating and implementing processes to further increase efficiency in obtaining established goals and team management strategies
