We are a property maintenance company, with contracts within social housing. We are looking for an Operations manager to join our team.

JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our operational processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient day-to-day operations while driving strategic initiatives to improve productivity and quality. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role within a relevant industry.
  • Knowledge of construction and SOR coding
  • Strong understanding of operational procedures and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams effectively.
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics; experience with relevant software is advantageous.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels of the organisation.
    PLEASE NOTE: Hours are 8-5 or 9-6, 1 in 4 Saturday working. Currently we do not offer WFH as an option.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: £50,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
