  • Manage Systems and Technology: Serve as a key stakeholder in the warehouse management system (WMS) migration. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless data flow and operational alignment between NetSuite, Softeon, and daily warehouse workflows.
  • Supervise and Mentor Staff: Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff, setting clear daily goals and managing workload distribution. You will foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and safety.
  • Maintain Safety and Compliance: Enforce adherence to all company policies, safety standards, and federal/state regulations. You will lead regular safety briefings and audits to ensure a secure work environment.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with production, customer service, IT, and transportation teams to align schedules and optimize lead times.
  • Data and Reporting: Ensure all transaction data in NetSuite and WMS are accurate and timely. Support the development of performance dashboards and reports.
