The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations of home health services, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulations. Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the healthcare clinic to ensure efficiency.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance patient care quality.
  • Manage clinic budgets, including forecasting and financial reporting duties.
  • Coordinate staff schedules to ensure proper clinic coverage at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Develop strategic planning initiatives to improve clinic operations and services.
  • Analyze clinic performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement marketing strategies to enhance clinic visibility and patient volumes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a clinical setting.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures necessary.
  • Experience in operations management, particularly in the healthcare or home health sector
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
