As Regional Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind NHVR’s safety and compliance operations across Victoria. Your leadership will directly impact how we keep heavy vehicle transport safe, efficient and consistent across borders.
You’ll set the tone for your team, build capability, and shape a culture of accountability, professionalism and service. With a mix of hands-on oversight and high-level strategic input, you’ll balance big-picture thinking with day-to-day delivery. This is a key leadership role that requires clarity, confidence, and a steady hand, someone who can make decisions, guide others and keep things moving forward.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE ARE:

• Lead NHVR’s operational delivery across Victoria
• Coach and support Principal Safety & Compliance Officers
• Oversee recruitment, workforce planning, and strategic ops projects
• Improve processes, drive innovation, and strengthen service delivery
• Be a key player in national transport reform.
