JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with expertise in aluminum and glass works to lead and oversee our projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing operations, ensuring project efficiency, and maintaining quality standards while optimizing resources and driving business growth.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in façade services, specializing in aluminum and glass works.
  • Strong technical knowledge of curtain walls, unitized and stick systems, cladding, windows, and glazing.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in construction.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working on high-rise buildings, commercial structures, and architectural façades.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP), Construction Safety, or Façade Engineering is an advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations related to façade services, including aluminum and glass installations.
  • Plan, manage, and supervise curtain wall, cladding, glazing, and other façade-related projects.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost control.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Lead, train, and mentor project teams, supervisors, and site personnel.
  • Identify and resolve operational challenges such as material shortages, manpower issues, or project delays.
  • Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure high standards of workmanship.
  • Prepare and present reports on project status, financial updates, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction.
