POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in the redi-mix industry to oversee and optimize our operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will excel in implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs), monitoring inventory, and ensuring equipment maintenance while working closely with our accounting team to maximize profitability. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong commitment to operational standards and the ability to foster a culture of compliance and efficiency.

• Proven experience in operations management within the redi-mix industry, with a track record of overseeing multiple locations.
• Strong understanding of standard operating procedures and inventory management.

• Knowledge of financial principles and experience working with accounting teams.

• Oversee daily operations across multiple redi-mix locations, ensuring adherence to SOPs.
• Implement and monitor SOPs to achieve operational efficiency and compliance.
• Track inventory levels and coordinate with teams to optimize supply chain processes.
• Collaborate with the accounting department to analyze financial performance and implement strategies for maximizing earnings.
• Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and operating at optimal levels.
• Foster a culture of accountability and safety, encouraging staff to adhere to established procedures.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
