As the Hotel Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the hotel, ensuring that all departments work together to provide a seamless experience for guests. You will drive operational excellence, focus on improving customer service, and manage day-to-day hotel operations while supporting the General Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in a similar management role within the hospitality industry, preferably as an Operations Manager.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong focus on customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Experience managing budgets and financial performance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.
• Living in Ireland with the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.

• Oversee the daily operations of all hotel departments, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
• Ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction by maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Work closely with department heads to ensure operational efficiency and consistent service delivery.
• Monitor financial performance and manage budgets, ensuring cost control across all departments.
• Support the General Manager in delivering strategic goals and ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Lead and motivate staff, providing training and development opportunities to enhance performance.
• Handle any guest complaints or operational issues promptly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel standards.
