ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Operations Manager to join our Premium International School. This role is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of school operations are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and in full compliance with legal and regulatory standards. The successful candidate will oversee facilities management, health and safety, procurement, and the delivery of strategic projects. This position reports directly to the School Principal and requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and exceptional stakeholder management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations set by local authorities, ADEK and Nord Anglia Education (NAE), including oversight of audits, training, and reporting.
• Lead the planning and execution of school projects and capital works, ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery.
• Oversee all aspects of facilities management to ensure the campus remains clean, safe, well-maintained, and conducive to learning.
• Manage third-party contractors and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery, legal compliance, and value for money.
• Supervise daily school transport operations, including the effective coordination of Bus Support Assistants and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the Principal and Finance Manager on budgeting, forecasting, and procurement processes for operational efficiency.
• Provide leadership and line management to the operations and facilities teams to support high performance and accountability.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support strategic goals and ensure compliance with all reporting and governance requirements.
